With whom will we share this information?

Payment details

At present we do not directly handle electronic payments as this is done by the web site ticketsource.com who will have their own privacy & data policy. Nor do we keep records of any individual cash or cheque payments.

How do we process this information, and what do we use it for?

We only send you details relating to concerts & events arranged and organised by Music at Stow. We use these details in a number of ways. Firstly to send to you publicity relating to our concerts. For this, we would normally send the information to you by e-mail. We may ask for your postal address, to be used if the e-mail address you have given us is rejected or is not legible. If you do not provide us with an e-mail address, and we have your postal address, we will send the information to you through the postal system.

We may also post information to you when we have information in hard copy. We need your full name together with e-mail address so that we may send you the information you originally signed up for. If you provide us with your telephone number we would only use it in the event of a cancellation of an event or if we have a problem with your e-mail or postal address. It is entirely up to you whether you provide any of the information we request. If, for any reason, you wish all or part of your information to be amended or removed from the mailing list, simply contact us at any time, and we will take the necessary action.

How long do we keep your personal data?
